Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the good governance of the Azumah Nelson Foundation. The delegation of authority to committees or the executive management of the Foundation in no way absolves the Board of Trustees of its responsibility for its decision and actions. The Board of Trustees has collective responsibility to provide effective governance and as such the Trustees must remain independent and objective, serving the interests of the Foundation as a whole. The Board of Trustees meets at least twice a year.
Founder and Patron of the Azumah Nelson Foundation (ANF). Former World Boxing Council (WBC) Featherweight Champion and hall of famer, Azumah is a businessman, celebrity and philanthropist.

Former Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He has served as the Chairman of the Constituent Assembly for the drafting of the 1979 Constitution for Ghana, as Parliamentary Counsel and Constitutional Adviser to the Ugandan Government, as Director of the Commonwealth Secretariat Scheme for Legislative Draftsmen for the West, East, Southern and Central Africa Regions and the Caribbean Region and drafted the Guiding Principles for UNESCO in the field of Education, Scientific and Cultural Exchanges. He has a taught at the International Law Development Centre, Rome, Italy and as Professor of Legislative Drafting, University of West Indies, Cape Hill Campus, Barbados. He is currently Ghanaâ€™s sole Commissioner for Statute Law Revision
